   When you hear an explosion, lie down on the ground at once and cover your head and neck with your hands.

   Move to an inner room without windows or behind a solid wall.

   Give first aid to the injured only when you are not in danger yourself.

   Say where you are, what happened and how many people are injured.

   5. Beware of further danger

   Keep away from the site — there may be secondary explosions or collapses. Follow the officers’ instructions.
